About the Role

Shaw healthcare (Group) Ltd is a Real Living Wage Employer and the UK’s largest employee owned healthcare company. We are seeking an Administrator to join the team at Surehaven Glasgow, a residential care home that accommodates up to 21 patients aged 18 to 65 with primary mental illness diagnoses. Residents are housed across two gender specific wards.

Duties

  • First point of contact for all visitors to the service, including allied health professionals
  • Reception duties, including answering the phone and handling deliveries
  • Processing invoices and timesheets
  • Secretarial filing
  • Personal Assistant duties to the Home Manager
  • Communicating with head office departments regarding fees, purchasing, stock control, finance, payroll, HR, recruitment and other matters affecting the Home
  • Managing petty cash, amenity fund and residents cash
  • Coordinating and validating timesheets with the Home Manager
  • Health and Safety awareness to ensure the safety of our service users and colleagues
  • Any other duties as requested by the Manager
