Hours: Full time - 48 hours a week

Shift Times: 07:45am - 20:15pm

Wellesley Road is a 60 bed care facility and is the result of a collaboration between Shaw healthcare and Camden Council. The purpose-designed building is located in Camden, London, close to local shops and amenities.

Job Responsibilities

• As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users.
• Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan.
• Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.
• Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion.
• Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties.
• Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment.
