Hours: Full time - 36 hours a week
Shift Times: 07:45am – 02:15pm, 01:45pm – 08:15pm, 07:45am – 08:15pm
About the Facility: Froome Bank care home is a short walk from the centre of Bromyard with its shops and amenities. The single-storey 18 bed home offers tranquil and peaceful surroundings.
Job Responsibilities: As a Support Worker you will promote physical and emotional support to our service users. The role will include, but is not limited to:
- Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
- Offering personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
- Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
- Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
- Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting colleagues in day-to-day duties
- Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
Qualifications: No experience required. Your values and behaviours matter more than your background.
