Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
- Offer personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
- Maintain accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
- Promote dignity, choice and inclusion
- Work collaboratively as part of a team and support colleagues in day-to-day duties
- Maintain a safe, happy, and caring environment
Qualifications and requirements

- Willingness to listen, treat others with respect, and support people to live their lives
