Shaw healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring person who is ready to make a positive impact at Lancum House. Lancum House is a purpose‑built 43 bed residential care home providing care for older people including people with dementia. It is situated in Wellingborough, Northants. Lancum House has a wide internal ‘street’, where there are various facilities including a shop and a hairdresser salon.

Job Responsibilities

  • Providing person‑centred care in line with an individual’s care plan.
  • Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.
  • Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion.
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting colleagues in day‑to‑day duties.
  • Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment.
