Shift Times: 07:45am - 20:15pm

Shaw healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring person who is ready to make a positive impact at Glebe House. Glebe House is a modern 40 bed designed care home situated in the village of Southbourne, close to Chichester. The home is set in extensive grounds and is within walking distance of shops and local facilities.

Job Responsibilities

  • As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users.
  • The work will include, but not limited to:
    • Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
    • Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
    • Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
    • Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
    • Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties
    • Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
