Salary: £13.57 per hour

Hours: Fixed term - 27 hours a week. Cover maternity leave

Shaw healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring person who is ready to make a positive impact at Victoria House. Victoria House is a modern 47 bedded single storey care home which opened in Rushden in 2008 and provides residential care for elderly residents including people with dementia.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users.
  • Providing person‑centred care in line with an individual’s care plan.
  • Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.
  • Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion.
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day‑to‑day duties.
  • Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment.
