As a Team Leader, you will have previous experience working with older people in residential care. You will need to be flexible, patient, caring, organised, and great with people. Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, are essential. You should have completed or be working towards your QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building strong relationships with residents, family, and friends.
- Keeping healthcare professionals informed about residents’ needs and progress.
- Writing up care plans.
