You will provide person-centred care and support residents aged over 55 to stay independent in 35 self-contained flats with own kitchen, lounge, bedroom and wet room. Shift Times: 07:00–14:00 and 14:00–21:00, 35 hours a week.
No previous experience required; values, listening and respect matter. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to build confidence in daily tasks.
