Salary: £13.10 per hour
Hours: 36hrs or 48hrs p/w
Shift Times: Mixture of 6 and 12 hour shifts on 4 weekly rota (07:45-14:15, 13:45-20:15 or 07:45- 20:15) includes alternative weekends

Hillside Lodge offers a range of services to support residents\\\’ physical, emotional, and social needs, including 24-hour nursing care.

Job Responsibilities
As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. This will include, but not limited to:
- Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
- Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
- Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
- Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
- Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties
- Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
