Salary: ÂŁ13.10 per hour
Hours: 36 hrs per week
Shift Times: Flexible on 4 weekly rota, 12 hr day shifts (07:45-20:15) – includes alternative weekends

The facility specialises in dementia, residential, and respite care, providing a safe and supportive environment.

Job Responsibilities

As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. This will include, but not limited to:

  • Providing person‑centred care in line with an individual’s care plan.
  • Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.
  • Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion.
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day‑to‑day duties.
  • Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment.
