Shaw healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring person who is ready to make a positive impact at Greenhill. Greenhill is a purpose-built, single-storey care home located in a pleasant residential area of Crickhowell, Powys. The home offers 22 residential places and specialises in dementia care. It is conveniently situated near local shops and public transport, making it easily accessible. The home features a beautiful garden that residents can enjoy throughout the year. Greenhill provides a comfortable and supportive environment for its residents.
Job Responsibilities
- Promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users.
- Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan.
- Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.
- Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion.
- Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties.
- Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment.
