Shaw healthcare is seeking a Bank Residential Team Leader for Greenhill in Crickhowell to ensure high standards of person-centred care and support the team on shift.
You will lead by example, safely administer medications, and promptly report changes in residents’ needs while maintaining clear communication with families, residents and colleagues.
The role is zero-hours with as/when needed shifts.
