We have 60 single ensuite bedrooms divided into 6 separate self‑contained units, each with its own lounge/dining area.

Job Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ health and care needs and develop care plans.
- Administer medication and monitor service users’ responses.
- Provide nursing care, including wound care and palliative care.
- Liaise with other healthcare professionals to coordinate personalised care.
- Support service users with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Provide emotional support to service users and their families.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records.
- Work within the Care Quality Commission (CQC) guidelines to ensure high standards of care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Participate in the induction and ongoing training of new staff members.
Qualifications and Experience
- NMC Registered Nurse.
- Experience working in elderly care, including caring for patients with Alzheimer’s and other dementia‑related conditions.
- Knowledge of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to work independently and use own initiative.
