Location: Wigton Crescent, Southmead, Bristol BS10 6DA
Salary: £13.67-£13.80 per hour
Hours: 24 & 15 hour contracts available
Shift Times: 07:45-20:15 (includes alternative weekends)

Wood House, Southmead, Bristol, has eight self-contained apartments and eight ensuite bedrooms, with spacious open plan communal areas and was designed to meet the needs of people with complex needs.

Job Responsibilities
- Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan.
- Offering personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.
- Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion.
- Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties.
- Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment.
