Shaw Healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring Team Leader who is ready to make a positive impact at Ashburnham House, situated in Talgarth, Brecon. Ashburnham House, operated by Shaw Healthcare, is a supported living service located in Talgarth, providing personalised support to individuals with various needs, including severe and enduring mental health problems.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead by example, providing guidance and support on shift to promote best practice.
- Administer and record medication safely in line with Shaw policies and procedures.
- Report changes in residents’ needs or well‑being promptly to the Line Manager.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date care plans and documentation.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience working with older people in residential care.
- Completed or working toward an NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Flexible, patient, caring, organised and personable.
- Ability to lead a team and use own initiative.
