Shaw healthcare is looking for a Senior Administrator to join the team at Surehaven Glasgow. You will join a team that is fully committed to making a difference to the lives of those we provide care for. Our aim is to deliver the highest standard of care to our service users.

The Home's Senior Administrator is a key point of contact with excellent communication skills, delivering the highest standards of customer service to our residents and guests, and promoting equality & diversity in line with our care principles of 'wellness, happiness, and kindness'.

Duties:
  • Demonstrate Surehaven’s values in your daily work.
  • Co-ordinator for all Restricted Patient issues (referrals, reports, assessments and action plans).
  • Restricted Patient lead for all restricted patient issues (attending CPA, minutes, CPA reports, SUS Plans, MAPPA link, Tribunals, CORO Reports).
  • Understanding of mental health paperwork, T3, T2, specified paperwork, named person detention paperwork, and other mental health paperwork.
  • Main signatory for all Disclosure Scotland forms.
  • Act as Corporate Appointee on behalf of all appropriate patients.
  • Complaint and compliment handling/processing.
  • Oversee all recruitment processing.
  • Oversee all timesheet processing.
  • Entering of all training and monitoring training matrix for compliance.
  • Support Manager with HIS, MWC and Forensic Network requirements.
  • Admission and discharge of patients (maintaining SHBS records and register).
  • Control of pre-admission assessment reports/liaison with external finance leads.
  • Directly line manage admin team for all routine tasks.
  • Undertake any other duties as requested by your Manager.
