Bank Residential Team Leader at The Martlets
Salary: £15.30 per hour
Hours: Bank – Zero hours
Shift Times: As/when needed in the service – 12hr shifts (07:45-20:15 or 20:00-08:00)
Shaw healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring Bank Team Leader who is ready to make a positive impact at The Martlets, an 80-bedded nursing care home located in East Preston, West Sussex, England.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead by example, providing guidance and support on shift to promote best practice.
- Administer and record medication safely in line with Shaw policies and procedures.
- Report changes in residents’ needs or well‑being promptly to the Line Manager.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date care plans and documentation.
Qualifications And Experience
- Experience working with older people in residential care.
- Completed or working towards an NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Flexible, patient, caring, organised and personable.
- Ability to lead a team and use own initiative.
