Responsibilities
- As a Team Leader, you’ll have previous experience working with older people in residential care.
- Be flexible, patient, caring, organised and good with people; strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Complete or be working towards QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Build strong relationships with residents, family and friends, health care professionals, and your Line Manager; keep residents’ needs and progress up to date; write up care plans as needed.
- Follow guidelines and policies; write care plans; be a team player.
- Participate in training; leadership programme to support development and progression within Shaw.
Qualifications
- Experience working with older people in residential care.
- Flexibility, patience, caring, organisational skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) or working towards.
