You will join a team dedicated to making a difference in the lives of those we care for, delivering high standards of care using the latest technology to enhance your time with service users. Previous experience working with older people in residential care is required. You should be flexible, patient, organized, and excellent with people. Strong communication skills and a QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) are necessary.
