Shaw Healthcare is looking for a Support Worker to join the team at Waverley House in Leominster. You will join a team that is fully committed to making a difference to the lives of those we provide care for. Our aim is to deliver the highest standard of care that we would expect for our own family members. You will be using the latest care technology to spend more time with the service users that you care for.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical and emotional support to service users.
- Assist service users with washing and dressing, promoting independence where possible.
- Contribute to maintaining a high standard of care every day, making a difference in service users’ lives.
Training and Development
We will provide you with full training. This includes a leadership programme to support your development and opportunities for progression within Shaw. Outstanding recognition schemes include Shaw Star Awards and Long Service Awards.
Requirements
No previous experience in this field is required. Qualifications are not required; we are happy to work with you to help you become an excellent member of our team.
