Shaw Healthcare is looking for a Support Worker to join the team at The Hawthorns in Evesham. You will work in a team that is fully committed to making a difference in the lives of those we care for, delivering the highest standard of care and using the latest care technology to spend more time with service users.

We provide full training, a leadership programme, and recognition schemes such as the Shaw Star Awards and Long Service Awards. Previous experience or qualifications are not required – we are prepared to help you develop into an excellent member of our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical and emotional support to service users, including helping with washing and dressing.
• Promote independence for service users whenever possible.
• Use technology to support the daily care of service users.
• Maintain a positive, compassionate, and caring attitude at all times.

Working Conditions

Salary: £13.64 per hour

Working Hours: Bank 0‑hour contract. As/when required.
