Shaw healthcare (Group) Ltd is hiring a Bank Support Worker at Market Lodge in Ledbury. In this role you will provide physical and emotional support to our lovely service users, assisting with washing, dressing and promoting independence wherever possible. No day is the same, aside from the enormous satisfaction you will feel each day knowing that you are always making a difference to someone’s life.
Pay: £12.82 per hour
Employment Details: Bank 0hr contract; as/when required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide physical and emotional support to service users.
- Assist with washing, dressing and promote independence where possible.
- Work flexible hours on a bank contract.
Training & Development: Full training will be provided, including a leadership programme that supports your development and opportunities for progression within Shaw. Outstanding recognition schemes such as Shaw Star Awards and Long Service Awards are also available.
Qualifications & Experience: You don’t need previous experience in this field, nor do you need qualifications – we’re happy to work with you to help you become an excellent member of our team.
