Maes y Wennol is a specialised care home located in Llanidloes, Wales that provides care and support for individuals living with dementia. This purpose-built facility offers a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for residents, with 29 single bedrooms that are en-suite and can be personalised according to the resident's preferences.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
  • Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
  • Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties
  • Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
