Shaw healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring Bank Support Worker who is ready to make a positive impact at Forest View, a 60-bedded care home located in Burgess Hill, designed specifically for individuals living with dementia. This facility focuses on creating a supportive and engaging environment that addresses the unique needs of residents with dementia.
Job Responsibilities:
- Promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users.
- Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan.
- Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.
- Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion.
- Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties.
- Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment.
