Cartref Dyfi is a purpose‑built, single‑storey care home in Machynlleth, Powys, offering 28 residential places. The facility is centrally located with easy access to local shops and public transport. It features two lounges and a beautiful garden with a patio, providing relaxing spaces for residents. Cartref Dyfi specialises in dementia care, residential care, and respite services.

Job Responsibilities
- Providing person‑centred care in line with an individual’s care plan.
- Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.
- Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion.
- Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day‑to‑day duties.
- Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment.
