Shaw Healthcare (Group) Ltd is looking for a passionate and caring Bank Support Worker to join our modern 60‑bed en‑suite care home located in the quiet residential suburb of Furnace Green, just outside Crawley town centre.

Salary: £13.10 per hour

Hours: Bank – Zero hours

Shift Times: As/when needed, 12‑hour shifts (07:45‑20:15 or 20:00‑08:00)

The purpose‑built service provides residential and nursing care for older people with physical frailty, and for older people living with dementia.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide person‑centred care in line with individuals’ care plans
• Offer personal care: bathing, dressing and hygiene support
• Maintain accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
• Promote dignity, choice and inclusion
• Work collaboratively as part of a team and support colleagues in day‑to‑day duties
• Maintain a safe, happy, and caring environment
