Shaw healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring Bank Nurse who is ready to make a positive impact at Warmere Court, a 40‑bedded nursing care home offering a supportive and comfortable environment for residents. The home typically provides various services, including 24‑hour nursing care, assistance with daily living activities, and tailored care plans to meet the individual needs of residents.

Job Responsibilities
- Assess patients\’ health and care needs and develop care plans.
- Administer medication and monitor services users\’ responses.
- Provide nursing care, including wound care and palliative care.
- Liaise with other healthcare professionals to coordinate personalised care.
- Support services users with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Provide emotional support to services users and their families.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records.
- Work within the Care Quality Commission (CQC) guidelines to ensure high standards of care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Participate in the induction and ongoing training of new staff members.
Qualifications And Experience
- NMC Registered Nurse.
- Experience working in elderly care, including caring for patients with Alzheimer\’s and other dementia‑related conditions.
- Knowledge of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
