The home typically provides various services, including 24‑hour nursing care, assistance with daily living activities, and tailored care plans to meet the individual needs of residents.

Job Responsibilities
- Assess patients\’ health and care needs and develop care plans.
- Administer medication and monitor services users\’ responses.
- Provide nursing care, including wound care and palliative care.
- Liaise with other healthcare professionals to coordinate personalised care.
- Support services users with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Provide emotional support to services users and their families.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records.
- Work within the Care Quality Commission (CQC) guidelines to ensure high standards of care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Participate in the induction and ongoing training of new staff members.
Qualifications And Experience
- NMC Registered Nurse.
- Experience working in elderly care, including caring for patients with Alzheimer\’s and other dementia‑related conditions.
- Knowledge of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations and standards.
