Role
Shaw healthcare is looking for a Support Worker to join the team at Victoria House in Rushden. You will join a team that is committed to making a difference to the lives of those who we provide care for. Our aim is to deliver the highest standard of care to our service users and to provide the same standard of care that we would expect for our own family members.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical and emotional support to service users
- Assist with washing, dressing, and promoting independence where possible
- Use care technology to spend more time with service users
- Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality care
- Deliver care with the person-centred approach that Shaw healthcare strives for
Training and progression
