Shaw healthcare is looking for a Bank Domestic Assistant who is ready to make a positive impact at Deerswood Lodge, a care home in Crawley, West Sussex, offering 90 residential places. The facility specialises in dementia, residential, and respite care.

- Clean and sanitize rooms including furnishings in assigned work areas.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness of the service and laundry, causing minimal disruption to our service users and their care.
- Communicate and engage effectively with service users, their families and colleagues; good interpersonal and working relationship skills are essential.
- Demonstrate the ability to work without direct supervision.
- Use a variety of cleaning products paying particular attention to COSHH regulated products.
- Work on your own initiative and maintain a high level of hygiene within the home.
