Infrastructure Engineer to join our team and support the delivery, maintenance, and improvement of our technology infrastructure across a multi-site environment.
The successful candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-focused approach, and experience working within secure IT environments.
You will play a key role in maintaining infrastructure availability, supporting cloud transformation initiatives, and ensuring systems remain secure, reliable, and compliant.

Hours
- 37.5 hours per week
- Fixed term contract for 12 months with view to become permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting across a multi-site IT environment.
- Support and maintain infrastructure within ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus certified environments.
- Assist with Azure migration projects and cloud infrastructure improvements.
- Resolve incidents efficiently while meeting agreed service level targets (SLAs).
- Maintain high standards of patch compliance, backup success, and system availability.
- Produce and maintain accurate technical documentation.
- Support security compliance initiatives and best practice standards.
- Contribute to infrastructure projects and delivery milestones.
- Provide excellent customer service and end-user support.
Experience and Technical Knowledge
