Shaw healthcare in Radyr is seeking a Residential Team Leader to uphold person-centred care and lead the on-site team.
You will lead by example, safely administer and record medications, and promptly report any changes in residents’ needs to the Line Manager.
The role requires NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health and Social Care (or equivalent), experience with older people, and a flexible, patient, organised approach.
