New Elmcroft, Shoreham by Sea is looking for a Bank Domestic Assistant who is ready to make a positive impact at our 60 en-suite bedded care home located in a quiet residential setting. The facility specialises in nursing, dementia, residential, and respite care, providing a safe and supportive environment.

Job Responsibilities
- This is an excellent opportunity to join our dementia and residential home as part of our busy domestic team.
- You will work as part of a great team to help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for our residents.
- Clean and sanitize rooms including furnishings in assigned work areas.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness of the service and laundry with minimal disruption to our service users and their care.
- Communicate and engage effectively with our service users, their families and colleagues; good interpersonal and working relationship skills are essential.
- Demonstrate the ability to work without direct supervision.
- Use a variety of cleaning products, paying particular attention to COSHH regulated products.
- Work on your own initiative and maintain a high level of hygiene within the home.
