We have several offices in Central and Southern England and have ambitious plans to expand our business. To support the organisation's growth, we have created a new opportunity for a welcoming, professional front-of-house Receptionist to join our Cirencester Business Management team. This is a permanent full-time role working 5 days per week in the office.

The Role

  • Own the front-of-house experience: greet and sign in visitors, manage supplier/delivery logs, and direct queries confidently.
  • Manage incoming calls: answer, screen and route calls professionally, taking accurate messages and following up when needed.
  • Deliver high-quality admin support: scanning, filing, document preparation, data entry and supplies management to agreed standards.
  • Keep meeting rooms and calendars running smoothly: coordinate bookings, prepare rooms, and support internal/external meetings.
  • Handle post and couriers end-to-end: receive, sort and distribute mail/packages and arrange outgoing shipments.
  • Support a safe, secure and well-presented office: visitor badges, access control, open/close procedures and adherence to safety processes.
  • Work with the Office Manager on site readiness: coordinate maintenance schedules, repairs/contractors, alarms testing and office/event set-up.

About You

  • GCSEs in Maths and English at grade 5 or above (or equivalent).
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills and a warm, professional manner.
  • Strong IT capability (MS Office) and able to learn new systems quickly.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise in a busy office.
  • Previous reception or front-of-house experience in a fast-paced office environment.
