Shaw Education Trust seeks a committed, compassionate, and resilient Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated team at a special school supporting children and young people with autism, SLD, and PMLD.

You’ll work with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored learning programmes and provide high-quality support to pupils across Key Stages 3–4 and 16–19 transitions.

The role involves supporting pupils with complex needs across two sites, with moves discussed beforehand.
