Overview
We are looking for an exceptional Regional People Partner to join our People Team and work alongside Headteachers, Principals and leadership teams across a portfolio of academies.
This varied and rewarding role offers the opportunity to influence people strategy, support leaders through complex workforce challenges and help create positive, high‑performing workplaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide practical, solutions‑focused advice across the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, organisational change, workforce planning, wellbeing and leadership coaching.
- Play a key role in developing leadership capability, supporting organisational effectiveness and ensuring academies attract, retain and develop talented colleagues.
- Manage complex casework, build credibility with senior leaders and balance operational priorities with a strategic mindset.
- Contribute to Trust‑wide people initiatives and help shape the future of our workforce across a diverse family of academies.
Qualifications
- Strong employment law knowledge.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with sound judgement and a collaborative approach.
