Are you passionate about supporting children to thrive in their learning? Moorhill Primary School are looking for two dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants (Grade 3, Level 2) to join our wonderful primary school on a fixed-term contract until July 2026.
Salary: Grade 3 – SCP 10 – 13 - £24,796 - £25,186 FTE Actual salary: £18,984 - £19,283
Working hours: 32.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday – 38 weeks plus 5 Inset days – 39 weeks
Contract type: Fixed Term until 31st July 2026
Start date: ASAP

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality learning experiences.
- Provide small group and 1:1 support to children, including those with additional needs.
- Help to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
- Contribute to the wider life of our school, supporting children's social and emotional development.
We would love to hear from you if you:
- Have experience working with children in a primary school setting (ideally Early years and Key Stage 1).
- Bring knowledge or experience of SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) and SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health).
- Are caring, patient, and resilient, with excellent communication skills.
- Work well as part of a team but can also use your initiative to support children's individual needs.
