Blackfriars Academy is seeking a caring Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our school team. You will support pupils with diverse needs, provide 1:1 mentoring, assist with learning and behaviour programmes, and help pupils build confidence, independence and social skills.
You will monitor pupil progress, contribute to support plans and liaise with families, while promoting attendance, inclusion and engagement in a safe, welcoming environment.
