Shaw Education Trust is seeking an enthusiastic Communication HLTA to lead and develop communication provision across St Andrew's Special School in Derby. You will promote evidence-based strategies, embed them across classrooms, and work closely with teaching and support staff to raise outcomes for pupils aged 11–19 with complex needs.
You will support pupils to access learning, build confidence and independence while modelling best practice for colleagues and teams.
