Our client is looking for a strategic and hands‑on VP of Product to lead product vision, strategy, and execution for a fast‑scaling business. This is a senior leadership role working closely with the CEO, CTO, and wider leadership team to define the roadmap and deliver world‑class products that drive growth and customer impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s product strategy in line with business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high‑performing product management team.
• Drive the full product lifecycle – from discovery to delivery – ensuring customer needs translate into measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
• Own product metrics, performance, and user experience standards.
• Champion a data‑driven, customer‑centric approach to innovation.

About You

• Proven experience as a Head of Product / VP of Product in a scaling environment.
• Strong background in B2B or SaaS products (or relevant sector).
• Skilled in building and leading teams across multiple product lines.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker with a bias for action and delivery.
