This is a customer-facing pre-sales position focused on designing, positioning and presenting Data Centre solutions across enterprise customers, combining technical architecture, customer engagement and solution-selling to design and win complex infrastructure opportunities.ResponsibilitiesLead customer discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessionsDesign and present end-to-end Data Centre solutionsWork closely with sales teams to support customer opportunitiesProvide technical leadership throughout the pre-sales lifecycleProduce high-quality solution designs, proposals and presentationsAct as the trusted technical advisor for customersBuild and maintain strong relationships with strategic technology vendorsSupport bid responses, commercial discussions and customer presentationsStay current with market trends and vendor technologiesRequirementsProven experience in a pre-sales, solutions architect or technical consulting roleStrong customer-facing and stakeholder management skillsExperience designing and selling enterprise infrastructure solutionsStrong knowledge of Cisco Data Centre technologies, including Nexus, UCS, data centre networking and a high-level understanding of Cisco ACIExperience with Dell Data Centre platforms and solutions, including Dell PowerEdge and the wider Dell Data Centre portfolioExperience xsabvtc with Pure Storage solutions, including FlashArray and FlashBladeSound understanding of virtualisation technologies, enterprise networking, hybrid cloud environments and Data Centre modernisation initiativesAbility to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesExperience supporting enterprise-scale infrastructure transformation projectsComfortable running customer workshops, presenting solutions to decision makers, engaging with Cisco, Dell and Pure Storage, and supporting sales teams to win new business
