Sharepoint Engineer (Winchester)

Role Overview

Develop and enhance SharePoint Online (SPO) components, applications, and automation scripts. Improve governance, resolve production incidents, and optimise SharePoint services for efficient collaboration and information management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop SharePoint pages, sites, and applications using SharePoint frameworks and Power Apps.
• Deploy and manage components across Dev, UAT, and Prod environments.
• Gather requirements, estimate project scope, and align solutions with business goals.
• Enhance platform stability, security, and user experience.
• Support SharePoint adoption and facilitate internal communication.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Expertise in SharePoint Online/O365, Power Apps, Microsoft Flows, and scripting.
• Experience in governance, automation, and Azure integrations.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and UI/UX design skills.
• Knowledge of SharePoint administration, security, and data classification.
• Experience integrating SharePoint with Microsoft Teams, Dynamics 365, and Azure services.
