We're looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join a skilled delivery team supporting a major DX Programme. You'll play a key role in building and securing a modern Azure-based data platform, working across Databricks, Synapse Link, AIS, and hybrid cloud/on-prem environments.
What you'll be doing:
- Designing and maintaining high-performance data pipelines
- Managing Azure resources with a security-first mindset
- Supporting CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) delivery
- Monitoring and improving platform performance (KQL, Log Analytics, App Insights)
- Collaborating with developers, stakeholders, and the wider data team
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years' experience in data engineering / ETL / integration
- Solid networking knowledge (VPN, DNS, private endpoints)
- Comfortable mentoring others and working in fast-paced environments
