Key Responsibilities- Develop and configure Microsoft Copilot Studio agents
- Design conversational flows, topics, actions and agent instructions
- Build AI-driven workflows using generative orchestration techniques
- Integrate solutions with Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and enterprise systems
- Develop Azure Functions, APIs, middleware and custom connectors
- Optimise prompts, responses and overall user experience
- Support testing, deployment and ongoing releases
- Ensure adherence to security, governance and responsible AI standards
- Provide technical guidance and promote best practices
- Proven experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
