Our client is looking for a Dynamics 365 Developer to deliver innovative solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Platform and emerging AI technologies. The role involves working on diverse projects to improve customer experience, streamline operations and support digital transformation initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to solution design, technical delivery and ongoing innovation within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions
- Build and customise plugins, workflows and automation processes
- Develop Model-Driven and Canvas Apps, along with Power Automate flows
- Integrate systems using APIs, Azure Functions and Logic Apps
- Support, troubleshoot and optimise existing implementations
- Facilitate workshops and provide technical expertise to stakeholders
- Contribute to innovation initiatives, proof of concepts and pre-sales activities
- Produce technical documentation and support knowledge sharing
Skills & Experience
- Experience developing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
- Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI
- Experience with customisation including plugins, workflows and JavaScript
- Understanding of PCF controls and solution design best practices
- Experience integrating systems using APIs and Azure services
- Knowledge of identity and access management (e.g. Entra ID, OAuth 2.0)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant Microsoft certifications are desirable
- Exposure to Copilot or Copilot Studio is advantageous
