An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced BMS Service Engineer to join a growing team, servicing smart, safe, sustainable, and healthy buildings in and around central London.
The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled, professional, and driven individual with extensive knowledge of the BMS sector, capable of servicing building management systems and associated mechanical and electrical plant in accordance with approved contract documentation, specifications, and drawings. This role will primarily be based on sites around central London.
Responsibilities:- Maintain and service various control systems (Tridium, Distech, Schneider, Delta, Centraline, KNX).
- Carry out PPM, reactive works, and small projects.
- Attend to client requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform system checks and diagnostics to ensure systems are running optimally.
- Work alongside other engineers and contractors to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and service works carried out.
- Attend training sessions and stay up to date with industry trends and developments.
- Experience working as a BMS Service Engineer.
- In-depth knowledge and experience working with at least two of the following systems: Tridium, Distech, Schneider, Delta, Centraline.
- Ability to diagnose and repair complex technical issues.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Attend the on-call rota.
