Overview
The Workflow Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and continually improving workflows, automations, and integrations across the firm’s core business systems — including case management and finance platforms. The role ensures that processes are efficient, reliable, and aligned with legal‑sector best practices.
Working closely with business stakeholders, the Workflow Developer translates operational needs into robust, secure, and well‑documented technical solutions that support high‑quality legal service delivery and contribute to the firm’s wider digital strategy. The firm operates a hybrid agile working policy allowing employees to work from home (or another UK location) for up to 50% of their time. Individuals can also apply for other flexible working options either at the time of recruitment or during the course of their employment. The ability to occasionally travel to other firm locations for project work or system rollouts is desirable as well as participating in planned evening/weekend releases where required (with notice).
