What will you be doing? As a Recruitment Apprentice, you’ll be supporting our team to deliver outstanding service to both clients and candidates. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Learning how to source, screen, and interview candidates
  • Supporting job advertising and candidate attraction
  • Building strong relationships with clients and jobseekers
  • Maintaining our recruitment database and systems
  • Working towards targets and learning how to place candidates into roles

Who are we looking for? This is an entry-level opportunity – no recruitment experience is needed! We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Finishing college or university this summer (2025)
  • Ambitious, driven, and eager to build a long-term career
  • A great communicator with strong people skills
  • Organised, proactive, and up for a challenge
  • Interested in business, sales, or HR
  • Ready to work hard and learn fast

Entry Requirements:

  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs including English & Maths (or equivalent)
  • A passion for working with people and learning about recruitment
