The Role

The Team
You will join an established accountancy team of nine, operating within a collaborative and supportive culture. The team is known for its charismatic, high-energy approach, where individuals actively learn from and support one another to achieve success.
Experience
- Previous industry experience is essential (training capacity is limited)
- Sales experience
- Proven multi-product selling experience
- Demonstrable track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong ability to understand, diagnose, and respond to client business needs

- Confident, charismatic, and commercially driven
- Highly target-focused with a strong desire to succeed
- Comfortable taking calculated risks to win new business
Targets & Performance
- Average deal sizes between £800 and £15,000
- Expected monthly pipeline of £40,000
