We are looking for an experienced School Site Manager to support within 4 of our primary schools across Melksham where you will be based. We couldn’t do what we do without our fantastic staff team, and we are looking for a reliable and hands-on Site Manager to join our Estates team, ensuring high standards of safety, cleanliness and maintenance throughout our school premises. Do you have what it takes to join us? The Site Manager we would like to join us will be:
- Reliable, responsible and flexible, able to ensure school security and safety as well as high levels of maintenance and cleanliness.
- An experienced Caretaker or Handyperson at a senior level.
- Able to motivate and lead a small team.
- Knowledgeable on moving and handling procedures.
